Account Deletion - SARVA
This page explains how users can request deletion of their Sarva account and associated data.
Buyers (Customers)
Buyers can delete their account directly from inside the app:
Profile → Settings → Delete Account
Alternatively, you can request deletion by contacting:
support@sarvaapp.store
Store Owners
Store owner accounts require administrative handling.
To request account deletion, store owners must contact:
support@sarvaapp.store
Data Deletion Details
When your account is deleted:
- Personal account data (phone number, email) will be deleted
- Orders and activity data will be removed
- Some data may be retained if required by law (e.g., financial records)
