SARVA is a technology platform that connects users with local stores and independent third-party delivery and payment service providers.
Important clarification: SARVA is not a seller, manufacturer, delivery company, or payment processor. SARVA acts only as a technology intermediary between the parties.
2. Consent to processing personal data
By continuing to use the App, you acknowledge and agree:
- to this Privacy Policy and the Terms of Use
- to the collection and processing of personal data for orders, payments, messages, deliveries, and subscriptions
- that SARVA is a platform only and is not the seller or delivery provider
- that payments and deliveries may be processed by third parties
- that subscriptions may renew automatically unless cancelled in advance

6. Messages

- Users and stores are responsible for message content
- SARVA is not responsible for the content of messages
7. Deliveries
- Deliveries are performed by third-party delivery companies
- Delivery times are estimates only
- Delivery partners are responsible for delivery performance
8. Ratings & reviews
- Users may submit ratings and reviews
- SARVA may remove abusive, misleading, or unlawful content
9. Store responsibilities
Stores are solely responsible for:
- Product quality and safety
- Pricing and product descriptions
- Order fulfillment
- Taxes and VAT
- Compliance with applicable laws
10. Data retention
We retain your personal data for as long as necessary for the purposes described in this policy, unless a longer retention period is required by law.
Typical retention periods:
- Account data: while the account is active, and up to 7 years after closure (for tax/legal purposes)
- Order history: up to 7 years after the order
- Messages: up to 3 years from sending
- Security/log data: up to 2 years
After the retention period ends, data will be deleted or anonymized.
11. Children's privacy
SARVA is not intended for children under 16 and does not knowingly collect personal data from children under 16.
If we learn that we collected personal data from a child under 16 without parental/guardian consent, we will delete it as soon as possible.
